What they needed
GapCap has received a lot of business through word of mouth publicity. Almost all oftheir happy customers refer them to other businesses that need finance to grow.Within a few years of inception, GapCap has evolved into one of the most preferred financial modelling companies, receiving more than 200 financial requests every week.
With time, they started feeling the need for a website that will help them automate their business process. They wanted a platform where their customers could apply for finance quickly by providing just a few details. What we did
The first and the most important thing GapCap needed is to reduce junk requests. Turnkey Media helped them set three simple criteria for choosing the businesses they want to finance. This helped them make their process faster and simpler. We also built a user-friendly WordPress website for them with an online application where customers can apply for financial assistance. To minimise unnecessary requests, emails, and calls, we created an FAQ page on the website and listed all necessary information that a business should know before applying for financing.
